SOKI KANAZAWA planned, designed, and operated by UDS received the iF Desing Award 2025, one of the most prestigious design awards in the world.
iF Desing Award
The design awards are organized by iF International Forum Design (established in 1953), an independent design organization based in Hannover, Germany, with the longest history in the world. In 2025, approximately 11,000 designs were submitted from 66 countries and regions.
パークウェルステイト湘南藤沢SST
シニアのためのサービスレジデンスの共用棟のファサードおよびインテリア、ランドスケープのデザイン監修を担当しました。共用棟のファサードとインテリアデザインのポイントは「緑」「自然光」「風」。建物の足元と屋内空間を豊富な生木の緑が豊かに彩り、湘南の光と風を感じられるナチュラルかつ上質で開放感あふれる空間としています。

柳川藩主立花邸 御花
福岡・柳川の国指定名勝「柳川藩主立花邸 御花」の宿泊棟リニューアルの企画、設計および開業サポートを担当。歴史と文化が創り上げてきた「本物」をこれまで以上に感じ体験していただける場を目指して、装飾的な部分は極力削ぎ落としながら「本物」がより引き立つ空間として改修設計を行いました。

たねや・クラブハリエ草津近鉄店
和菓子店「たねや」と洋菓子店「クラブハリエ」が一体感のある店舗としてリニューアル。UDSでは、インテリアデザインを担当しました。「地層」をモチーフとした店内は、積み重なる歴史や想いの重なりが未来へと続いていくような有機的なデザインを目指しました。
