Project to convert a vacant floor in NTT West's 79-year-old telecommunications building into a shared house. Based on the concept of "Art & Culture," the apartment introduces art, music, books, etc. by various creators. By holding regular events, we aims to create a community open to the local community that is not limited to residents only.
