We planned and designed ARUMON CAFE, an employee-only cafe located within the new headquarters of Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc., and are currently operating it.
Aiming to create a hub where people naturally connect and engage in communication, our scope included the development of the basic concept, store planning, schematic design, design supervision, and operational planning to promote interaction.
Designed as a "Delicatessen & Cafe" that balances the comfort and convenience of both a corporate cafeteria and a casual dining spot, the café responds to today’s diverse needs—such as the ability to eat at flexible times and access to healthy food. Through both its spatial design and operations, ARUMON CAFE fosters communication and a sense of community among employees.
