A project born out of the desire to transform Yoyogi district, this initiative focused on the temporary utilization of land. Music producer Takashi Kobayashi served as the general producer, bringing together a diverse group of creators.
UDS took charge of land utilization, business ideation, project coordination, overall design, and partial interior design.
With an emphasis on sustainability, UDS incorporated adaptable container architecture that could evolve in sync with the times and environment. The goal was to shape a new image for the Yoyogi community and enhance the value of the land. (Closed in December 2020 after the end of the land utilization period)
