A new style hotel consisting of hotel and apartment that converted from 23 years-old student dormitory. The concept is ”Ongoing Kyoto’s art & culture“ . Art directed by SANDOWICH led by sculptor Kohei Nawa. Art available for purchase is displayed throughout the hotel, and more than 10 artists, including Kohei Nawa and Mika Ninagawa, have created concept rooms for the guest rooms. A gallery is located on the first floor of the hotel and Various events are held in collaboration with artists, using art as a starting point
